Construction
The main Working Chamber and the Antee Chamber will be made of Stainless Steel material with Epoxy Powder Coating finish or Stainless Steel with Powder Coating finish. The joints will be welded on all sides. The chamber will be provided with Antee / Mini-pass Chamber to enable transfer of necessary samples into the main chamber.

Working Provisions:
Front Windows
The main Working Chamber and the Antee Chamber will be made of Stainless Steel material with Epoxy Powder Coating finish or Stainless Steel with Powder Coating finish. The joints will be welded on all sides. The chamber will be provided with Antee / Mini-pass Chamber to enable transfer of necessary samples into the main chamber.
Gloves
The gloves will made of Black Neoprene Rubber / Butyl Rubber of 30Mil.
Size : 6” cuff x 32” L
Antee/Mini Pass Chamber:
The Glove Box will be provided with Antee or Mini pass Box on the right of the main chamber. This Antee chambers will be provided with a Clamp on door on the outside and a slide and tight type door on the inside. The Doors will be provided with Silicon ‘O’ Rings for tight sealing.
Illumination
The chamber will be illuminated by tube light provided in the front top side for a clear bright view of the inner chamber.
Vaccum and Gas Purging Arrangement
The main Chamber will be provided with a Vacuum Port, Gas purging port and gas inlet Port with suitable valves arrangement The vacuum Port will be used to vacuumized the chamber to remove the Air / Atmosphere / Moisture vapors from the chamber. The Chamber under Negative pressure can be now purged with any Inert Gas like Nitrogen etc. to have a working Inert atmosphere inside.
Both the Main Chamber and Antee Chamber can be purged with Inert gas like Nitrogen etc. for having a Inert working atmosphere inside the Glove Box Chamber. The gas from a Cylinder
(not in our scope of supply ) is connected to the Gas inlet below the Moisture Silica Gel Filter.
The gas passes through the filter to remove any moisture and then the gas is passed into the Chamber. This Gas is filled only to have a slight Positive (Max. 200mm water column) pressure in the chamber and should not be highly pressurized.
This will neutralize the Negative pressure and make the chamber slightly above atmospheric pressure. This process can be repeated a few time to ensure that the moisture and Air is totally removed out. A Dial Gauge (water Column Gauge) is provide to indicate the vacuum and Pressure
The same process can be performed for the Antee Chamber
Valves
Necessary Valves are provided for all the ports on the main Chamber and the Antee Chamber, to perform the Vacuum / Gas / Purging operation sequence manually. The vacuum Port and the Gas Port will have Ball Valves.
Moisture Fillers
The Glove Chamber is providing with a Moisture Silica Gel Filter for removing any moister that be there in the Inert Gas that is purged into the chamber. The Gas will be passed through this Filter unit then into the Chamber.
Vaccum Systems
A suitable Double stage direct drive Rotary Vacuum Pump 50 LtrCapacity will be provided with in-built and fittings with Vacuum Hose connection.

Auto Timmer For Vaccum
A timer will be provided for vacuum pump and cut off the power at the required vacuum level. This timer will be provided for the safety of the glove.
A timer will be provided which will cut-off the vacuum system at safety level.
Vaccum Gauge
The Glove Box will be provided with a vacuum cum Pressure gauge to read the chamber gauge.
Control Pannel
A Control Panel with the Indicating lamp, MCB, Switches, Timer and other Control and Indicating Instruments will be provided on the right side of the Glove Box.
Stand
The chamber will be supported with sturdy M.S. Stand with legs on the four sides and wheels with locking arrangement will be given.
