Details of the Furnace :
The Electrically operated Box type chamber furnace is a Rectangular in shape front
Flap opening with spy holes as per your tender specifications and the temperature
controlled by imported Microprocessor based Programmable PID temperature controller with thermocouple. The Maximum Furnace temperature will be 1400 Degs C and continuous operating temp. will be 1300 Degs C. heating by silicon carbide heatingelements.
Outer Chamber:
The outer chamber is fabricated out of thick Stainless Steel sheet, double walled, fully reinforced with square tube frame work to make the equipment mechanically very rigid. The furnace will be attractively finished with mirror or mat finish. The furnace will have a double shell body construction for convective cooling by air between the inner furnace assembly and the outer case so that a safe skin temperature of about 50 ͦC can be achieved at the maximum operation temperature.

Door :
The chamber is provided with a front flap opening with sply hold Double walled single door is by mounted on hinged type hinges in the front provided with effective locking arrangements fully opening door 150mm thick Zirconia ceramic fiber insulation. The door limit switch to cut off the power supply whenever the door opened and restart when the door is closed.
Insulation:
The space between the inner and outer chamber will be tightly packed with superior quality high density ceramic zirconia vacuum cast ceramic fiber blankets insulation to totally eliminate the radiation heat loss. So that, the overall body size of the furnace will be a compact as possible, but without compromising on any of the furnace specifications given above.
Heating Elements :
Heating will be carried out by imported Solid type Silicon Carbide rod heating elements will be positioned at the top and bottom or side of the chamber and the temperature in the hot zone will be sensed by platinum 13% rhodium platinum thermocouple. The temperature of the furnace will be uniform throughout the inner chamber. The terminalsof the heating elements will be neatly brought out in a compact junction box.
Temperature Indication and Control :
The furnace will be temperature inside the chamber is indicated and controlled by imported microprocessor based digital automatic programmable PID type temperature controller Taie Make or equivalent. The temperature controller auto tune with Autonics or Promed make thyristor based power controller with current limit device. The furnace will have temperature uniformity of ± 2 ͦC throughout the chamber volume at all the operation temperatures. The temperature control accuracy at all operation temperatures will be ±2 ͦC. A thermocouple assembly, consisting R Type Pt – Pt – Rh – 13% housed in a one end closed in Al₂O₃ tube type thermocouple will be provided capable of measuring up to 1400 deg c at accuracy of +/- 2 deg c. A safety protection thermal fuses is provided to prevent the heating rods from accidental heating. The terminal connections of the furnace are provided in 2 separate chamber nearly brought out in a compact junction box.
Power Supply :
Power rating : 7.5 KW The system will be suitable for operation on the power supply available with the user: 230 / 440 V AC, 50 Hz., Single / Three Phase AC 50 Cys +/- 3% .
Control Panel:
In Built control panel will be properly shielded from heat of the furnace and will be fitted with instrumental cooling fan to provide proper cooling for the electronic and electrical components will be housed beneath the furnace. The Control Panel will be house panel accommodating the following will be provided along with proper label the furnace: Pilot Indicating lights. Micro process based automatic digital programmable PID temperature controller capable to Thyristor based power controller device. Safety controller HRC Fuse units.
