The inner chamber is heated by thick gauge Kanthal A1 high quality integrated heating element wound in spiral form in the ceramic heating plates which is safeguarded against fumes and splashing, an easy to replace. The temperature inside is maintained at any desired level within the operating range by a multi steps Micro process based digital Programmable Proportional – integral – derivative control (PID control) and auto tune function temperature controller with LCD Display operation store several program for future access. 5 Programs 4 segments programmed with raping cooling and dwelling steps Heating rate (ramping rate) : 1 Deg C / min. Built in over temperature controller alarm and thermocouple failure alarm +/-1 Deg C temperature controller accuracy PC communication port (PC not in scope of our supply) MET certified Auto tuned working in conjunction with S type thermocouple housed in the hot zone. The temperature controller, power regulator device, indicating lamps, Solid state realys will be provide for low noise operation and an isolator are all mounted in a compact control panel located on the right side or bottom of the furnace for operational convenience.
