Orbiplus-WT is the combination of a Water bath and a water bath shaker. Either one of these can be chosen for operation from the control panel. A water bath has a built-in stainless-steel tank filled with water, and a heater is fixed to the tank for heating. It is used to incubate samples in water at a constant temperature over a long period of time.It is also used to enable high-temperature chemical reactions. Water baths are preferredfor heating flammable chemicals.

Orbiplus-WT is designed and developed to perform a completely smooth and noiseless reciprocal movement. It incorporates a linear guided system for a noiseless operation. The movement is driven by a brushless servo motor, which has an excellent torque to shake the tray under fully loaded conditions.Orbiplus-WT uses a touch screen controller for more convenient and quicker cooperation. It is timer-controlled and it can be programmed for Time and SPM for various applications.

The strokes per minute can be varied from 50 to 150 strokes per minute. The temperature of the water in the bath can be regulated from 5°C to 100°C. The uniformity of temperature in the bath is maintained by recirculating water using a magnetic pump. Water at a particular temperature can be recirculated externally for other applications.

The steel reinforced rubber clamps are used to hold conical flasks. The tray is made up of stainless steel and it can be easily removed from the water bath shaker. 9 nos of 250ml clamps can be fitted to the stainless-steel tray.
